Your expertise in business process analysis, Agile methodology, and advanced generative AI technology will be essential in elevating operational performance and shaping strategic directions aligned with Scoot’s objectives. You will also guide and empower business analysts with effective tools and frameworks, nurturing a strong analytical team ready for future challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit and rank business requirements for both current and future projects.
• Conduct thorough analyses of operational workflows to detect inefficiencies and areas ripe for enhancement.
• Deliver practical insights and recommendations to refine and scale processes in harmony with Scoot's strategic goals.
• Craft secure, efficient, and scalable solutions bespoke to Scoot’s business demands.
• Leverage generative AI technologies to streamline processes and encourage data-driven decisions.
• Prepare detailed solution documentation including clear technical specifications accessible to all stakeholders and development teams.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective project delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and communication to guarantee smooth progression of initiatives.
• Coordinate with diverse teams to manage change, conduct user acceptance testing, and handle system deployments with security compliance.
• Develop comprehensive user stories with defined acceptance criteria, easing implementation by developers.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain prioritized backlogs that reflect business priorities.
• Continuously seek improvement in Agile practices to enhance team efficiency and workflow.
• Mentor business analysts to strengthen their skills and drive team success.
• Create standardized guidelines, templates, and tools to elevate BA practices across the department.
• Organize knowledge-sharing to promote ongoing learning and adherence to industry best practices.
• Assist with RFQ and RFP processes ensuring accurate preparation and evaluation of vendor documents.
• Ensure timely processing and verification of invoices to support operational continuity.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Have 5 to 7 years of substantial experience in business analysis, project management, or allied areas.
• Demonstrate strong capabilities in business process re-engineering and workflow optimization strategies.
• Show comprehensive understanding and practical application of Agile principles, including running Agile ceremonies.
• Have expertise in utilizing generative AI technologies to enhance and transform business processes.
• Experience with platforms like OpenAI, Google AI tools, or other comparable technologies highly valued.
• Track record in coaching and mentoring business analysts, geared toward team development and goal attainment.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude combined with effective communication skills.
• Experience in procurement and managing vendor relationships is advantageous.
