Overview
Eight Financial Advice in Marlow is hiring a Business Admin Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team. This role suits someone at the start of their career in financial services, or anyone looking to move into a busy administrative support position. Previous experience is not essential; a positive mindset and eagerness to learn are the main requirements.
Role summary
This is a full-time hybrid position where you will support Partners and wider business teams by handling important day-to-day administration. You will help keep processes moving smoothly and assist with client-facing preparation and internal coordination.
Key duties
- Handle submissions for new business and replacement business.
- Compile polished client meeting packs ready for use.
- Provide broad administrative support to the Business Services and Paraplanning teams.

Working arrangement
The job is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from wherever you are most productive.
Pay and benefits
The salary for this role is £28,000 to £29,000 per year.
