Key Responsibilities
- Exceeding 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, planning, or forecasting.
- Engaging in strategic financial planning and generating management reports.
- Tracking real financial outcomes against established budgets and forecasts.
- Diagnosing budget discrepancies by identifying critical causes behind variances.
- Producing detailed financial performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Building financial models that aid strategic planning and business decision-making processes.
- Utilizing ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms effectively.
- Having familiarity with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems is considered beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Additional professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are positively regarded.
