Role Overview
This Brand Manager position is offered through a partner company operating remotely within Ireland. The role provides a chance to function as a strategic ally for clients predominantly in the restaurant and hospitality sectors, shaping impactful marketing projects involving branding, digital content, media, websites, and customer engagement experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant and support system for clients to enhance and implement marketing programs effectively.
- Direct client projects from initial request through to final execution by clarifying requirements, coordinating necessary resources, and ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives.
- Collect project specifications and develop clear briefs for creative, strategic, and media teams, both internal and external.
- Engage in team planning to prioritize projects, tasks, and deliverables appropriately.
- Lead internal dialogues concerning client expectations, project progression, and strategic emphasis.
- Monitor project schedules, workflows, and updates utilizing project management platforms to maintain transparency among teams and clients.
- Maintain active communication with clients by answering inquiries, providing progress updates, and fulfilling their requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide comprehensive status reports on core initiatives and supporting projects.
- Deliver presentations on marketing strategies, content suggestions, and performance insights focusing on business impact.

Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, account handling, or similar roles.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Preferred prior experience in an agency environment, especially within restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-oriented industries.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines efficiently in dynamic settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to coordinate efforts across several teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes, such as Monday.com or equivalent software.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workplace communication tools like Slack.
- Proven skills in building and nurturing client relationships while communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker able to comprehend complex business issues and propose practical marketing solutions.
