Position Overview
We are seeking a Brand Manager to work fully remotely from the United Kingdom, partnering strategically with clients in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. This role involves spearheading impactful marketing initiatives and managing a variety of projects including branding, digital content, media, websites, and customer experience enhancements. Collaboration with creative, strategic, and media teams will be core to delivering strong solutions that address business challenges and drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, advising and supporting them in the execution and improvement of marketing programs.
- Oversee end-to-end client projects by capturing needs, coordinating resources, and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive briefs to guide internal and external creative, strategy, and media teams.
- Engage in planning meetings to prioritize projects and manage timelines effectively.
- Lead conversations on client expectations, project progress, and strategic direction within internal teams.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor workflows and maintain transparent communication among teams and clients.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, handling queries and updates to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project or account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent fields.
- Preferred experience in agency settings, especially within the restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-focused industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of coordinating efforts across various teams.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack.
- Ability to forge strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- A strategic approach to identifying business challenges and proposing impactful solutions.
