Role Overview
This position is for a driven Branch Manager to oversee branch-level performance, operations, team leadership, and customer experience. The role focuses on growing business, meeting revenue goals, guiding the sales and service teams, and keeping daily activities running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the branch’s day-to-day operations and administration.
- Lead, coach, and encourage the sales and service teams so they perform effectively.
- Push branch revenue by meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Track individual and team output and carry out regular performance evaluations.
- Create and execute sales approaches that improve profitability.
- Maintain strong customer service standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Handle recruitment, induction, training, and performance management for employees.
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Review daily sales, revenue, collections, and operational reports.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
- Work with senior management and share daily, weekly, and monthly business updates.
- Keep branch functioning smooth, productive, compliant, and efficient.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and consistently deliver targets.
- Comfort using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, and manage conflicts.
- Capable of working under pressure and staying accountable for outcomes.
- Experience in performance management, reporting, and team coaching is expected.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed pay is ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. In addition, performance-based incentives range from ₹5,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

Working Schedule
The branch follows a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM working day, with 6 working days per week and a rotational weekly off.
