We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Boardroom Attendant to serve a prestigious corporate client located in Melbourne's CBD. This role calls for an individual experienced in elite hospitality settings who values delivering impeccable service in a refined corporate environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service in boardrooms, meeting rooms, and fine dining setups.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and expertly crafted coffee as a competent barista.
- Arrange and reset meeting spaces to meet high standards of presentation.
- Ensure all boardrooms, kitchens, and service zones remain immaculate.
- Exhibit excellent customer service by proactively anticipating and fulfilling client needs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in boardroom service, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or prestige corporate hospitality sectors.
- Barista proficiency with proven ability to offer premium food and drink service.
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver superior service in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly attentive, detail-oriented, and a dedicated team collaborator.
Requirements and Conditions
- Must possess Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening and National Police Check.
- Availability for a rotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
