Role overview

Key duties

  • Set up and run one or more blow moulding machines according to required specifications.
  • Swap molds and tooling, and make equipment adjustments during production changeovers.
  • Check bottle quality during production and fine-tune machine settings when needed.
  • Diagnose issues, carry out maintenance, and complete minor equipment repairs.
  • Work from the Bill of Materials to follow the correct moulding process.
  • Track material inventory and keep the work area clean and organized.
