직무 설명
Role Overview
This position involves managing building information modeling processes for construction projects, with a focus on developing and maintaining detailed, coordinated 3D models in alignment with project specifications and local authority requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage BIM models for architectural and structural elements.
- Generate shop drawings and construction sequencing models to support project execution.
- Conduct clash detection and prepare reports to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Coordinate BIM work with consultants, subcontractors, and onsite teams to ensure alignment.
- Utilize BIM data to prepare submissions for local authorities and support construction activities at the site.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Expertise in BIM software including Autodesk Revit (structural and architectural), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and proficiency with SketchUp.
- Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD) standards, coordination workflows, and document control systems.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) drawings, along with the construction methodologies involved.
- Knowledge of Singapore's local standards and codes, specifically Building and Construction Authority (BCA) requirements, HDB BIM guidelines, and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) mandates.
- Previous experience with HDB Prefabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU) projects is advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience
- Formal BIM education such as a diploma or recognized training certification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in BIM coordination or management within design, engineering, or construction firms handling large-scale projects.
