Billings Team Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a Billings Administrator to join the Customer Service Department, reporting directly to the Billings Team Supervisor. This role involves managing invoicing, credit notes, and related queries, serving both internal teams and customers across the Irish and UK markets. The position demands timely and precise execution of end-of-month checks and other tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Verifying sales orders for both price and accuracy.
• Overseeing proof of deliveries.
• Ensuring accurate invoicing for all orders.
• Timely processing of credit notes, aiming for first-time resolution where possible.
• Recording and resolving claims or returns efficiently.
• Coordinating with hauliers, customers, and internal teams during claims investigations.
• Providing support to the customer service team during training or peak periods as directed.
• Responding promptly to calls and emails within agreed service timelines.
• Performing additional relevant duties as assigned by management.
• Working flexible hours when required to meet reporting deadlines.
• Maintaining a “best in class” approach when interacting with all UNILIN customers.
