Scope of Work

We focus on turnkey building construction projects.

Job Location and Start Date

Position based in Munich with the earliest possible starting date.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Managing general contractor building projects comprehensively through to handover.
Preparation, awarding, supervision, and billing of subcontractor services.
Leading high-rise construction projects.
Negotiating and awarding partial services.
On-site construction management and coordination.
Maintenance of cost calculation master data.

Candidate Profile

Qualification as a construction technician, master craftsman, or degree in civil engineering (Master, Diploma, Bachelor).
Professional experience in a similar role within turnkey construction.
Relevant expertise in finish construction management, including building envelope and interior finishing.
In-depth knowledge of construction executions and associated processes.
Proficiency with NEVARIS or comparable calculation and tender software, and MS Office.
Strong communication skills, team player attitude, and resilience.
Confident and reliable demeanor with an independent and structured approach to work.
