About the role
L’Osteria is looking for a bartender to join its team in Osnabrück. The role is open to career changers, part-time helpers, and candidates with prior experience in hospitality. You would be part of a fast-growing company operating in nine European countries, where hospitality and taste are central to the guest experience.

Your day-to-day work
- Welcome international guests and provide attentive service at the bar and in the restaurant
- Take orders and suggest current specials or rotating offers
- Prepare beverages and restock refrigerators as needed
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized according to company standards
