Role Overview

We are looking to add a skilled and passionate Bartender to our acclaimed team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in prestigious lifestyle dining establishments and expertise in crafting cocktails, mocktails, and managing a diverse range of beverages including spirits, wines, and beers. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to creating memorable guest experiences and boosting beverage sales while maintaining impeccable service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding beverage service aligned with the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other drinks following standard recipes and presentation norms.
• Possess extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, wines, and premium beverage brands.
• Engage with guests attentively to understand their preferences and offer expert drink recommendations.
• Maintain a lively, polished, and professional demeanor throughout service periods.
• Execute cocktail preparation with precision, consistency, speed, and meticulous attention to detail, especially in busy service conditions.
• Ensure all bar essentials such as garnishes, syrups, infusions, juices, glassware, and ice are impeccably prepared and organized.
• Keep the bar area spotless, well-arranged, and stocked at all times during service.
• Stay thoroughly informed about menu items, ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and appropriate beverage pairings.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and comply fully with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Between 2 to 4 years of bartending experience in luxury restaurants, upscale cocktail bars, five-star hotels, beach clubs, or globally recognized luxury lifestyle venues.
• Experience working in high-volume, luxury lifestyle settings is highly favorable.
• Proven ability to maintain luxury service quality in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Expertise in classic cocktails, modern mixology, spirits, premium wines, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Strong grasp of cocktail aesthetics, including presentation, glassware choice, ice usage, and overall beverage display.
• Proficient communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages being a significant advantage.
• A confident, engaging, and naturally charismatic demeanor.
• Exceptional guest interaction and persuasive upselling capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to consistency in service delivery.
• Exemplary personal appearance and grooming standards.
