Role Overview

As a Bartender at Ruby, your personality and creativity are essential. You'll prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks proficiently, help shape the bar menu, and contribute to bar training. You will also engage in service tasks, reception duties, and assist with inventory management to maintain proper setup and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Skillfully craft cocktails, various beverages, and tasty snacks to ensure smooth bar service
• Innovate and design seasonal drinks to add unique flair
• Support bar leadership in curating the drink menu and deliver team bar training
• Perform diverse service duties and occasional reception tasks
• Manage stock receipt, inspection, and organization while maintaining mise-en-place
• Share expert local recommendations with guests to enhance their experience

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a similar bartending role, preferably within lifestyle hotels or notable bar venues
• Adaptable and willing to work shifts
• Reliable, able to multitask efficiently, and eager to learn
• Empathetic with colleagues and enthusiastic in guest interactions
• Enjoys teamwork, brings a good sense of humor, and communicates fluently in German and English
