Role Overview

We are inaugurating a novel café concept inside the art gallery and are seeking a dedicated Barista to be part of the initial team. This position involves more than just preparing coffee — it includes contributing to the development of the beverage menu, crafting signature drinks, assisting with the café's launch, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in a lively and creative setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and creative drinks.
• Assist in designing and evolving the café menu with innovative offerings.
• Support the setup and smooth operation of the café environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barista.
• Expertise in specialty coffee preparation and latte art techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Keen interest in menu development and café operational processes.
• A positive, proactive, and team-focused mindset.
• Availability to commence work within three weeks; immediate starters preferred.
