Qualifications and Skills

• No previous experience required; open to all candidates who meet basic qualifications.
• Ability to attend consistently and arrive punctually with or without accommodation.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly attitude for effective customer engagement.
• Quick learner who can follow oral and written instructions accurately and seek clarification when necessary.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills who can develop strong relationships within the store.
• Capability to perform diverse store tasks during shifts.
