Back Office Executive

About the Role

Ideal Starke Services LLP is looking to hire a Back Office Executive located at Thane West (Wagle Estate), Mumbai. The company operates within the HVAC, Air Handling Units (AHU), and Industrial Air Conditioning Systems industry. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹28,000, depending on the candidate's experience, specifically seeking professionals with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations to customers accurately.
• Manage email communications with clients and vendors efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to handle inquiries, orders, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain updated customer and sales records as well as documentation.
• Generate reports, MIS, and other necessary office documents.
• Follow up on quotations and order statuses with customers to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate internally across departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
• Oversee daily administrative and back-office operations effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Competency in drafting professional emails and maintaining documentation.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines consistently.
• Experience with BOQ analysis, tender documentation, and customer interactions.
• Quotation preparation experience is advantageous.
