Role Overview

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company based in Ireland seeking a skilled B2C Performance Marketer with a focus on AI integration. The role centers on designing and executing scalable customer acquisition strategies within a dynamic, AI-driven digital environment. The successful candidate will lead paid marketing initiatives from conception through optimization, combining creativity, data analysis, and automation to significantly contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive B2C paid acquisition campaigns including planning, launching, refining, and evaluating performance.
Create and expand marketing funnels such as webinars, video sales letters, and educational content using AI-enhanced methodologies and automation tools.
Design and improve high-conversion advertisements, messaging, and landing pages, especially across Meta advertising platforms.
Implement AI-driven workflows to streamline creative development, campaign management, and experimental marketing tactics.
Track vital metrics like customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion rates, and lifetime value to continually enhance campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with sales, CRM, creative, and product teams to synchronize marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
Perform continuous testing and experimentation to discover new growth avenues and boost marketing performance.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrable expertise in managing and growing B2C paid advertising campaigns with clear business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing tactics, webinar and VSL funnels, and information product marketing or comparable acquisition models.
Proficiency with Meta Ads and other digital advertising tools.
Experience utilizing AI marketing technologies, including automation and agent-based productivity platforms.
Capability to independently plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical mind skilled at interpreting marketing data to enhance results.
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities paired with a proactive and accountable approach.
Experience working effectively in remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional team settings.
