Overview
Join Progressive Insurance as an Associate Project Manager within the Agency Marketing team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in prioritizing, planning, and delivering projects efficiently. In this fully remote position, candidates must be available to work according to Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project prioritization, intake, timeline tracking, and workflow coordination to align team efforts.
- Lead projects from initial planning stages through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of project elements and managing dependencies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and project quality.
- Work with leadership to support agency marketing strategies focused on B2B and B2B2C segments, enhancing agent engagement and achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or GED with at least five years of experience in project lead or facilitation roles, or a bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of two years’ related experience.
- Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams, along with strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including problem identification and solution development.
- Background in sales support or insurance industry experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to project and process management for task planning and efficiency optimization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range from $67,300 to $89,700.
- Eligibility for Gainshare incentive up to 24% of eligible earnings based on company-wide performance.
