About the Role
Kingston Stanley seeks a motivated Associate for the PMO function to join a prominent downstream oil and gas manufacturing firm based in Dubai/Sharjah, UAE. This newly established position offers an exciting chance to work alongside the CEO, supporting the company’s international expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and track progress of strategic projects ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate and engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Recognize potential risks, project delays, and determine necessary measures.
- Develop comprehensive reports and actionable insights tailored for senior leadership review.
Candidate Profile
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in Management Consulting, PMO, Strategy, or Business Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Strong communication skills paired with effective stakeholder management capability.
- Analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and keen attention to detail.
