Career Overview
Join Deutsche Börse Group's Fund Distribution Operations team within the Clearstream Fund Centre in Cork, Ireland. This role involves fee management, data handling, reconciliations, and providing high-quality service to diverse stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Fund Distribution Operations, you will support a broad range of operational activities across the fund distribution lifecycle, gaining extensive insight into investment fund operations and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in billing processes including fee validation, calculation checks, and timely fee collection and processing.
- Conduct reconciliations between internal systems, fund providers, and financial records to ensure data accuracy.
- Handle and resolve operational queries from internal teams and external partners efficiently.
- Ensure operational and financial data is validated, maintained, and accurately uploaded, safeguarding data integrity.
- Generate reports, analyze data trends, and support management information needs.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience within financial services, ideally related to investment funds, administration, transfer agency, or distribution operations.
- Asset management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Background in working with financial data, reconciliations, billing, fee administration, or operational reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience communicating professionally with various internal and external stakeholders.

- Knowledge of German and/or French is beneficial.
