Role Overview

The Associate position within the Client Service team serves as a crucial link between clients and specialized experts worldwide. Associates manage multiple concurrent projects involving investors, strategists, and dealmakers, requiring excellent multitasking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage experts via phone to identify those best suited to client projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understand project contexts including market dynamics and regulatory frameworks impacting clients and experts.
  • Take full ownership of projects, managing communications and scheduling to facilitate smooth collaboration.

  • Develop transferable business skills: communication, negotiation, persuasion, project and time management.
  • Clear advancement path: Manager within 24-30 months and Vice President in approximately 5 years.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Psychology, or Business Engineering.
  • Valued experience includes internships or working student roles and notable extracurricular involvement like student organizations, community service, or competitive sports.
  • Strong client orientation, resilience under pressure, and professional demeanor.
  • Self-driven attitude with enthusiasm, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Polish at C2 level and proficiency in English and German at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.

Compensation and Benefits

  • First-year compensation is approximately €63,300 for average performance and up to €71,700 for high performance, including a €52,000 base salary plus uncapped variable pay based on individual results.
  • 28 vacation days annually.
  • Pension plan provided by Signal Iduna Germany.
  • Modern office location near the Elbphilharmonie with around 60 colleagues; in-office Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Additional Information
