• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are essential.
• At least 1–2 years of work experience is preferred; applicants without direct industry experience are also welcome if they have a strong interest in organisational transformation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are expected.
• You should be able to collaborate well with varied stakeholders and develop strong client relationships.
• Exposure to behavioural economics, psychology, or organisational behaviour is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel for client meetings is required.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools is expected.
