  • Ability to maintain team motivation and performance in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong critical thinking with the agility to prioritize and solve problems under shifting conditions.
  • Passionate about people development and skilled at cultivating team alignment on KPIs and goals.
  • Thorough understanding of operational excellence, labor management, and store execution standards.
  • Proficient with retail technologies and comfortable using data and systems to inform decisions and coach teams.

Eligibility & Physical Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada and minimum age of 18 required.
  • Capable of lifting items up to 25 lbs and moving actively around the store during shifts.
  • Flexible scheduling availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts to meet operational needs.

  • Access to mental health resources with therapy and coaching services.
  • Employee discounts on Knix products and participation in a Gratis Program.
  • Company retirement savings plan with up to 3% employer matching contributions.
  • Parental leave top-up providing up to 80% of salary for eligible employees.
