Key Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for store operations and team leadership when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on staff scheduling, sales planning, and initiatives to improve both customer satisfaction and team engagement.
• Serve as the product specialist by expertly handling complex customer inquiries, demonstrating products effectively, and delivering the brand's distinct Feel Good Experience.
• Manage operational aspects including staff rotas, inventory control, cash handling, and essential administrative tasks that ensure seamless store functioning.
• Coach and motivate the sales team, fostering skill development and creating a motivating atmosphere that makes achieving sales targets enjoyable.
• Represent the brand professionally through a polished appearance and meticulous attention to detail aligned with the luxury boutique’s image.

Candidate Profile

• Possess comparable experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Thrive in a dynamic, hands-on retail setting rather than a desk-based job.
• Driven by results, skilled in converting interactions into sales.
