About the Role
Electro Services is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Executive to join its team in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role is ideal for individuals with effective communication skills who aspire to grow their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and assist in sales processes.
- Engage with customers via email and telephone communications.
- Maintain and organize sales documents and correspondence.
- Update sales and customer data using basic Excel sheets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless operations.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers and support daily sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge including familiarity with Yahoo Mail.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-oriented mindset.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
Work Schedule
Working days are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹12,000.
- An annual bonus equivalent to one month’s salary awarded at year-end.
- Performance-based sales incentives provided.
- Eligible for Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) benefits as per legal requirements.
