About the Role
Anudip Foundation is seeking an Assistant Placement Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in IT placement. The role is based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and offers a salary package of up to 36,000 INR CTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify primary employers offering urban placement opportunities for Anudip students.
- Align students with company requirements through pre-placement profiling.
- Engage with company directors and HR heads to understand manpower needs and establish placement partnerships.
- Manage placement procedures and coordinate with various branches regarding student placements.
- Generate revenue for the organization by successfully placing students.
- Maintain documentation related to pre-placement and post-placement activities.
- Organize and update the student database.
- Brief students on job openings based on client requirements.
- Conduct job market research and studies.
- Maintain regular communication with managers and trainers.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
Additional Information
The position requires visiting company leadership to discuss requirements and placement agreements. Strong coordination and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
