Role Overview
This full-time remote position involves the role of Assistant Manager at MIT University of Meghalaya. The individual will be responsible for assisting in daily administrative and operational duties such as coordinating academic and support services, handling documentation, and aiding in scheduling and reporting processes. Collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners will be key, along with monitoring project progress and supporting the enforcement of university policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include contributing to process enhancements, managing data, and facilitating communications to maintain seamless and efficient operations in a remote working setup.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven administrative and organizational expertise encompassing documentation, scheduling, and record maintenance.
- Proficiency in managing projects and juggling multiple responsibilities with careful attention to deadlines and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse academic and administrative groups.
- Familiarity and comfort with digital technologies and remote work tools, including office software and online collaboration platforms.
