About the Role
Domino’s is recognized as the leading pizza brand worldwide, and Team Honey Badger is among the largest and fastest-expanding franchise organizations in the United States. Since 1985, the group has grown to 148 stores across 10 states, creating both jobs and advancement opportunities. This full-time restaurant leadership role is intended for people who want to build management experience and move quickly toward a General Manager position.
You do not need to know how to prepare the ideal pizza from the start; training will be provided.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Store Manager to keep daily restaurant operations running smoothly.
- Coach, support, and inspire team members throughout each shift.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service every time they visit.
- Protect product quality while maintaining speed and order accuracy.
- Manage scheduling, labor planning, and inventory control.
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop employees.
- Oversee cash management, banking, and store profitability.
- Assist with local marketing efforts that help increase sales.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay of $18, plus bonus opportunities.
