Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest experiences using your charm and approachable personality
- Support trainees by acting as a mentor and addressing their queries
- Exhibit expert knowledge in your area, supporting the deputy housekeeping management comprehensively
- Manage and oversee housekeeping inventory and ordering efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the building maintenance team for upkeep and repairs
- Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards while conducting daily room and public area inspections
What You Bring
- Professional experience in housekeeping or domestic services
- Team-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly communicative manner
- Strong organizational competence and effective time management
- A keen eye for cleanliness, hygiene, and order alongside a proactive and cost-conscious work ethic
