Position Overview
In response to ongoing growth, EnVogue International is seeking dedicated professionals passionate about products, retail, and cultivating strong partnerships. The Assistant Account Executive (B2B) will support the sales team by managing key retail partnerships and contributing to the launch of EnVogue's home décor collections. This role is ideal for organized, detail-focused individuals eager to develop a career in wholesale sales, account management, merchandising, or retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in fulfillment processes.
- Maintain sales-related materials including line sheets, presentations, and showroom displays for client engagement.
- Observe product category trends and support merchandising strategies along with sales reporting and forecasting tasks.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, and Supply Chain teams to monitor product development timelines and order setups.
- Prepare product samples for customer evaluations by organizing, photographing, and dispatching items.
- Offer administrative assistance through order reconciliation, reporting, and upkeep of account information.
- Support showroom preparations, client meetings, and additional sales-related activities as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year experience in wholesale sales support, account coordination, merchandising, customer service, retail operations, or administrative roles.
- Background in retail account handling or experience in consumer products sectors including home décor, fashion, or lifestyle is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational abilities, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
