Assistant Accommodation Supervisor

Role Overview

The Assistant Accommodation Supervisor will motivate and guide their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and nurture collaboration. This role supports the housekeeping department and reports directly to the Accommodation Manager, ensuring guest rooms meet premium quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee standards of work to guarantee superior quality.
• Lead and manage housekeeping and accommodation assistants.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health & safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout all public hotel areas, including conference and leisure facilities.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to sustain consistent hotel standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 2 years' experience in an accommodation department or similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
• Flexible and willing to provide support across different hotel departments as required.
