Role Overview

The Assembly Technician position involves assembling and testing compressor systems in accordance with strict engineering and quality standards. This position requires mechanical expertise to streamline manufacturing and ensure optimal production performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and testing of compressor systems following engineering specifications and standards.
  • Ensure maintenance of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and jigs to support uninterrupted production flow.
  • Work cooperatively with multiple departments to identify and resolve assembly challenges and facilitate continuous improvement processes.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, quality standards, and operating procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma, vocational training, or an associate degree in mechanical or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or assembly roles.
  • Ability to interpret and work from mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Strong practical knowledge of mechanical machinery and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in similar industrial equipment manufacturing environments.
  • Possession of relevant technical certifications or licenses in mechanical or electrical domains.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong focus on quality assurance and workplace safety.
