Its electrical steel and magnetic materials also support electric vehicle motors, charging infrastructure, data centres, audio products, and other industrial uses.

Founded in 1972 and formerly known as Cogent, JSC has expanded from a small specialty manufacturer into an important part of the North American electrical steel supply chain. The business now operates multiple facilities and employs more than 500 people. It focuses on delivering innovative, sustainable, and strategic solutions that support the rising demand for electrical energy.

  • Review the production schedule at the start of each shift and confirm that enough manpower is available to meet output needs.
  • Verify that all tools and materials are available and in good working condition before production begins.
