Artist Management Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Artist Management Specialist to join our team at Awaaz Studio in Delhi. This full-time, on-site position involves close collaboration with our exclusive artist roster. The specialist will play a crucial role in supporting artists’ growth and managing their engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of assigned artists, ensuring their professional needs are met effectively.
• Travel with artists and bands to attend shows, photo shoots, meetings, and gigs as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies aimed at facilitating artist growth, curating collaborations, and identifying new opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact to coordinate with brands, venues, agencies, and other partners.
• Handle daily communications and manage the execution of artist-related tasks and obligations.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience managing artists, influencers, or creators is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience working exclusively with at least one artist.
• Possession of a strong professional network within the music and creative industries.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced live event environments.
