Role Overview

Jio is looking to hire an Area Talent Acquisition Executive for its Agra, Uttar Pradesh location. This position focuses on managing recruitment activities across an assigned geography, ensuring hiring targets are met within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Experience and Education

The role is suitable for professionals with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience. A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is required.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute hiring across the assigned territory using an effective mix of sourcing channels while staying within budget, SLA, and quality expectations.
Expand the candidate pipeline by using alternate sourcing options such as campus hiring, government skill development bodies, employment exchanges, and similar channels.
Handle recruitment compliance tasks, including background checks, verification processes, negotiation-related audit support, and other related requirements.
Support project-based hiring needs and complete assigned work within the specified timelines.
Review recruitment dashboards and analytics on a regular basis to track progress and ensure hiring is completed within SLA.
Prioritize the recruitment of critical roles in the assigned area and ensure quick closure.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the geography to close open positions in their respective business verticals on time.
Keep candidates engaged throughout the pre-onboarding stage to improve the overall employee experience.
