Job Overview
We are seeking an Area Manager (Cluster Manager) to oversee all operational aspects of Hidesign retail stores in the region. The role focuses on driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing store performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the complete operations of Hidesign stores within your assigned area.
- Boost sales performance and growth by ensuring a delightful shopping atmosphere for customers.
- Continuously monitor the daily operations and overall performance metrics of the stores.
- Manage visual merchandising to enhance store appeal and brand consistency.
- Lead and inspire the sales team; conduct training sessions to enhance skills, promote sales, and uphold Hidesign's values.
- Carry out stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Analyze and plan stock requirements to guarantee the availability of the right products at the right time and location.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on store operations and sales performance.
