Job Overview
The role involves managing a team of approximately 10 Field Level Supervisors (Area Managers) tasked with building and supervising a network of partner offices handling High Net Worth Individual (HNI) accounts. Each partner office is expected to fulfill a minimum business target of 30 lakh rupees, operating through advisors or agency partners to generate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 area managers to achieve business goals.
- Develop a robust network of partner offices responsible for managing HNI accounts.
- Ensure partner offices meet the minimum business commitment of 30 lakh rupees.
- Support partner offices in soliciting business through advisors or agency partners.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success in supervisory roles within field sales, preferably within the life insurance industry.
- Experience in variable agency sales is advantageous.
- Background in handling and acquiring large accounts in insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or FMCD sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with HNIs.
- Strong negotiation abilities and capability to address and overcome objections effectively.
