Architect (m/f/d)

About the Role

Join our team to contribute your expertise in planning and executing complex architectural projects. We are expanding and seek a dedicated and motivated architect, including recent graduates, to independently manage construction tasks of varied scopes for public, commercial, and private clients during performance phases 6 to 8.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and execution planning, coordinating closely with specialist planners, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare bill of quantities and assist in the tendering process.
• Monitor scheduling, costs, and quality standards.
• Manage construction site activities and documentation.
• Handle billing procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Completed university degree in architecture.
• Strong independence and attention to detail.
• Fluent German proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with common AVA software tools such as Bechmann.
• Committed, communicative, and confident demeanor.
• Effective time and goal management skills.
• Driven by motivation and team spirit.
