직무 설명
Role Responsibilities
- Handling diverse planning tasks within planning phases 1-5 according to HOAI standards.
- Leading projects or contributing as part of the project team.
- Coordinating and liaising with clients, authorities, and specialist engineers.
- Independently developing design, approval, detailed, and execution plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- Successfully completed studies in architecture.
- Preferably experience and proficiency in planning complex construction projects.
- Confident use of MS Office; familiarity with AVA software and ARCHICAD (BIM) is advantageous.
- Creativity paired with an ability to work independently.
- Strong motivation, commitment, teamwork, and communication skills.
