Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the planning team to execute projects contractually, meeting scheduled deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare projects and perform cost calculations.
• Create and coordinate construction schedules.
• Manage tendering and awarding processes in accordance with HOAI service phases.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and prepare offers.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor services.
• Lead construction meetings.
• Handle accounting for construction services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience.
• Independent and reliable working approach with a strong awareness of costs.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with an engaged, open, and authentic demeanor.
• Organizational proficiency and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) and fluent English skills.
• Experience with Revit is desirable.
• Comfortable using MS Office suite.
