Position Overview

Due to ongoing project expansion, the Sydney studio is seeking an Architect or seasoned Architectural Designer with 5-10 years of post-graduate experience. This role is ideal for professionals aiming to engage in high-profile projects while enhancing their technical and design expertise within a cooperative workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in delivery throughout all phases of design and documentation.
• Create and refine high-quality design and presentation materials.
• Develop and coordinate Revit-based project documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and external parties.
• Engage in project meetings and client presentations.
• Support project teams in technical coordination and design development.
• Work alongside colleagues from various disciplines and sectors.

Role Requirements

• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in architecture following graduation.
• Experience and/or enthusiasm for infrastructure, aviation, rail, transport, commercial, sports, and recreation sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Capability to coordinate with consultants and project personnel efficiently.
• Confidence in delivering ideas and design proposals during client interactions.
• Proven independent work ethic as well as collaboration skills.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and graphical presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Revit software.
• Experience handling all stages of projects, from concept design to construction documentation.
• Positive approach, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
