Position Overview
Due to ongoing project expansion, the Sydney studio is seeking an Architect or seasoned Architectural Designer with 5-10 years of post-graduate experience. This role is ideal for professionals aiming to engage in high-profile projects while enhancing their technical and design expertise within a cooperative workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in delivery throughout all phases of design and documentation.
- Create and refine high-quality design and presentation materials.
- Develop and coordinate Revit-based project documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and external parties.
- Engage in project meetings and client presentations.
- Support project teams in technical coordination and design development.
- Work alongside colleagues from various disciplines and sectors.
Role Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience in architecture following graduation.
- Experience and/or enthusiasm for infrastructure, aviation, rail, transport, commercial, sports, and recreation sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Capability to coordinate with consultants and project personnel efficiently.
- Confidence in delivering ideas and design proposals during client interactions.
- Proven independent work ethic as well as collaboration skills.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and graphical presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Experience handling all stages of projects, from concept design to construction documentation.
- Positive approach, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
