Role Overview
This position involves generating new business revenues by supporting a Licensed Financial Services Agent/Advisor through qualifying leads and scheduling sales appointments for the closing team. The main goal is to create conversations that lead to sales opportunities from inbound leads and sustained follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert at least 85% of incoming leads into initial appointments while achieving a 70% or higher show rate.
- Perform daily team-related activities such as meetings and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Manage and track pipeline opportunities effectively.
- Initiate calls and follow-ups autonomously to maintain a steady lead flow.

Requirements
- Comfortable with making phone calls and engaging new people via telephone and video conferencing.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and text platforms.
- Curious and driven to learn and improve continuously.
- Quiet home office environment to conduct calls professionally.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download speed).
- Modern computer hardware (less than 3 years old) equipped with high-quality video camera and audio devices suitable for meetings.
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Available to work hours aligned with US Central Time zone: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CT.
