Role Overview

The Analyst - UKG Pro Workforce Management plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of Linfox's workforce management platform, supporting multiple regions. Stationed at the Essendon Fields head office and reporting directly to the Kronos Manager, you will be responsible for system maintenance, problem resolution, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide a dependable WFM service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM through various channels such as tickets, calls, and queries.
• Identify and resolve technical and application-related issues within the system.
• Keep documentation, processes, and support standards current and accurate.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to collect and analyze business needs.
• Implement system configurations and apply updates or enhancements.
• Plan and perform testing for changes and improvements to the system.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience with Time & Attendance or workforce management platforms.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro WFM or comparable systems.

• Excellent communication abilities and rapport with stakeholders.
