About the Role
Indian Institute of Organics is looking for a skilled Amazon Ads Specialist to strategically handle and expand advertising campaigns targeted at the Amazon USA marketplace. This role requires deep knowledge in Amazon PPC and campaign optimization within e-commerce or product-centric environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine advertising campaigns using Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) tools on Amazon.
- Lead PPC strategies to boost sales and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) in the Amazon USA marketplace.
- Perform thorough keyword research, competitive analyses, bid adjustments, and budget allocation.
- Track and evaluate campaign indicators including ACOS, TACOS, click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and conversion performance.
- Leverage data insights to discover growth avenues and enhance advertising results.
- Collaborate closely with catalog and content teams to upgrade product listings that support improved advertising outcomes.
- Produce comprehensive periodic performance reports offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Keep abreast of the latest Amazon advertising trends, platform tools, and policy updates.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least three to four years of direct experience handling Amazon Ads/PPC campaigns specifically for the Amazon USA market.
- Previous work experience in an e-commerce or product-driven company is essential.
- Expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and the advertising console interfaces.
- Track record of managing and growing campaigns with significant advertising budgets.
- Strong command of Excel, data analytics, and campaign reporting software.
- Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
