Aluminium Supervisor

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Aluminium Supervisor based in Dubai, UAE, responsible for overseeing all aluminium fabrication and installation operations. The role involves managing both site and factory teams, ensuring that workmanship meets quality standards, safety protocols are followed rigorously, and projects are accomplished within designated timelines.

Primary Duties

• Oversee the daily activities involved in aluminium fabrication and installation.
• Interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and project requirements accurately.
• Assign tasks to fabricators, installation crew, and support staff.
• Supervise production quality ensuring adherence to company benchmarks.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage availability and proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and resolve any onsite challenges.
• Implement UAE Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Ensure projects are completed punctually and stay within budgetary limits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, ITI, or an equivalent technical certification in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of practical experience in aluminium fabrication and installation, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aluminium systems including doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and glazing.
• Proficient at reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings, with the capability to lead fabricators and installation teams on site.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within UAE or GCC regions is advantageous.
