직무 설명
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Alltagsbegleiter*in (Daily Life Companion) to join the Seniorenresidenz "Primsmühle" in Nalbach. This role is offered on a part-time basis (25.03 hours per week) and is initially limited to one year under the TV AWO Saarland EG pay agreement. The position is available immediately.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging daily activities for the residents.
- Contribute your skills and innovative ideas to shape the living environment of our residents.
- Participate actively in both individual and group recreational activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed training as a care support worker according to §§ 43b or 53c SGB XI (previously § 87b) or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong social skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to inspire and engage residents.
Additional Information
- Employment is part-time with 25.03 hours per week.
- Initial contract duration is up to one year.
- Preference will be given to applicants with severe disabilities if equally qualified.
