Role overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Airport Security Officer to join a growing security services team in the Cottbus area. The position is a permanent full-time role with a 40-hour workweek, starting as soon as possible. The hourly pay is between EUR 16.00 and EUR 25.00, depending on qualifications and assignment area.
Key duties
- Monitor protected zones and help ensure smooth day-to-day airport operations.
- Carry out security checks on passengers, baggage, and cargo to identify risks at an early stage.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents and assist with emergency evacuations when required.
- Work closely with fellow security personnel and public authorities to maintain a high level of safety.
- Record incidents and prepare reports that support continuous improvement of security standards.
