Role Overview

In the role of AI Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, auditors, and company founders to create impactful products within our AI audit tools ecosystem. Key responsibilities include grasping auditors' requirements, influencing product development direction, and ensuring delivery meets actual user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Drive discovery, specification, and implementation of products in our AI toolbox.
Engage with customers weekly to identify pain points and validate potential solutions.
Use AI tools (such as Cursor, Claude, v0) to quickly prototype and test concepts within hours rather than weeks.
Maintain close collaboration with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Analyze AI capabilities realistically to inform product decisions about what to develop, limit human involvement, and recognize readiness levels.
Organize and clarify complex problem areas through precise documentation and relevant product requirement documents (PRDs).

Measures of Success

Successfully contribute to and release at least three significant product initiatives within the first six months, informed by ongoing iteration and customer feedback.
Develop deep expertise in a primary product domain such as an AI tool, customer segment, evaluation and quality frameworks, or user experience of agent workflows.
Earn the trust of founders, engineers, and customers by managing critical product choices responsibly.

Candidate Profile

Possess 4 to 7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years in product management roles.
Track record of shipping B2B SaaS products actively used and paid for by customers.
Proficient with AI technologies including large language models, AI agents, and tools, exhibiting a clear understanding of their current capabilities and limits.
Experience delivering AI-powered features or products alongside knowledge of product complexities like evaluation, latency, hallucination, trust, and probabilistic user experiences.
Strong analytical skills to deeply understand user contexts and problems.
Able to navigate and thrive in a startup environment characterized by high autonomy, uncertainty, and rapid pace.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

Entrepreneurial experience such as founding a company or executing significant AI-related side projects.
Ability to interpret code, execute scripts, or fine-tune AI prompts independently.
Background in audit, compliance, legal, or document-intensive professional services sectors.
