AI Model Training Contributor

About the Role

We are seeking highly driven and technologically proficient individuals to support our AI model training initiative. This role involves performing a range of tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, while maintaining clear communication and collaboration through Slack. Contributors will play an integral role in generating authentic training datasets based on real software usage to advance innovative AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete diverse software-related assignments within Microsoft Office tools and other standard applications.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with team members via Slack.
• Accurately follow detailed task instructions and meticulously document all activities performed.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and fellow contributors to enhance task execution.
• Offer constructive feedback to improve work instructions and overall processes.
• For project managers: coordinate small teams of annotators, manage communication flow, oversee task completion and quality, and provide progress updates to both clients and internal management.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive approach with the ability to ask questions, seek clarity, and engage fully in team discussions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• General IT competency including familiarity with Chrome, cloud-based tools, and independent problem-solving through online resources or AI assistants.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured guidelines.
• For project managers: foundational knowledge of team coordination and reporting with an emphasis on collaboration rather than authoritative management.
